After you battle him continue north and talk to Cynthia. She'll ask you about the psyducks and answer yes. She'll then give you the secret potion to get rid of the psyducks blocking the way.

go north and talk to this girl named cynthya.then you can get medicane to remove the psyduck so you canget to celestic town.
