i want to make a custom seat for my bike. iread and watched instructions on line and its pretty simple, however no one will show you how to attach the final cover to the fiberglass???do you use rivets???

most of the time it's done using heavy duty 1/4 inch long staples. I have done using very small self tapping screws that works well but hard to find those little buggers ...

Contact cement and/or pop rivets.

Contact cement and staples, do it in warm weather so that the leather or vinyl is relaxed, and you'll have less hassles.

Buy one in your area, so you can easily purchase additional staples.
Staples are model specific.
