"Innocent until proven guilty" is only a legal concept. It is not in the constitution.

It appears that Vick was deeply involved in a medium-size dog fighting operation that was trying to break into the professional circuit but hadn't gotten there yet (based on the relatively small wagers in the indictment).

Michael Vick is a minor player in the dog-fighting world. He may avoid prison time if he starts naming some of the core professionals that have been much harder to catch.

Considering the value of his career... that would be an attractive "deal" for him. If his two buddies do the same, then Vick can become "cooperating witness #7."

Yes. He owns the house that alot of this stuff took place and you do not get indigted by grand jury. Without having alot facts in hand. They do not go on just hear say. You saw the feds digging on the proberty and one would think the feds have enought evidenece to indigt. If he found guilty I hope he goes away for a long time. The NFL keeps him in league or the Falcons keep him if he is found guilty. The owner of the Falcons owns Home Depot I would hope animal lovers, PETA, and anyone esle who finds what Mr. Vick repulsing should boycot and black list all Home Depots.

I have been the one saying we need to let the Justice system runs its course.

The reason most people believe he is guilty is because of all the negative publicity athletes are getting into over the past ten + years.

The major sports organizations need to get to together with each other and they players association and work out a player's conduct agreement. Which stats the if a player in any major is constantly in trouble with the Law are has a personality problem, that there will be a harsh punishment.

But that is just my opinion

Well lets see they took place at his house and the dogs are on his property.... either way he had knowledge of the fights. But the jury will decide. I think he should try swimming with an electric current running through it, and we'll he how he likes it. And there goes the Falcons season, cause hes there only good offensive player. He screwed his own team. I'd be pist if i was them.

Yes i think he is guilty and he knew what was goin on and didnt really care. He probally thought he wouldnt get caught. But i bet you he will never see the inside of a jail cell. The system wants his fines more that jail time. So it doesnt really matter what the juror will say.

Yes, I believe he is guilty. It was his house and there is no way he could have known nothing about what was going on there.

If he does continue to play football in the NFL, I think that if he is injured and unable to leave the field, they should just electrocute him, or drown him on the spot. Why waste a stretcher if he can't continue to play??

I don't have all the evidence of his direct involvement in the dog fighting ring but he had to have known what was going on. It's his house and the "I didn't know" excuse just isn't going to fly. It's his house hence he is responsible.

Where there's smoke there's fire. He needs to be sprayed with dog scent and locked up in a kennel with the dogs he trained. Not only is he the most overrated player in the history of all football, he's one of the lowest forms of life on the face of the planet.

No i dont think that he's guilty. I dont think that he had anything to do with it....yeah it might have been his house yes but that doesnt mean that he was involved with the dog fighting. His cousin was at Michael's house and he's the one that did the dog fighting. I dont really know. He might have had something to do with it but i dont see how he could if he's been practicing football with the team. Anyways i really dont know. GO EAGLES!! =)
