lol, Hitler is dead. let's compare apples to apples shall we? WWII is NOT Iraq. We had no problem calling WWII a war, ever wonder why Bush never declared war on Iraq?

Jon, we differ on our definitions of war and crime. 9/11 was a crime, and the vast majority of crimes are solved in the first 24 hours. Of course, if you don't use intel, and instead go into another's country and fith their civil war, you aren't going to find him. UK has been very good at finding ALL of those responsible for ATTEMPTED attacks, because they are looking at it the right way. Also, Bin Laden does not lead any country, so it isn't the same as when we actually have a DEFINED enemy, like EVERYTIME we have gone to war, except now.
