I love mcdonalds chips and burger kings burgers so I cant win. Whats your preference?

Neither sell chips. The "fries" are very poor imitations of proper chips. Both chains over-salt these skinny potato sticks. Also, because they're so thin they have absorbed proportionately huge amounts of fat compared with, say, your local Chinese chippy.
As for the burgers - McDonalds contain a lot of gristle and fat and some other parts of cow that you'd rather think about (they still call it 'meat') and are fried. Burger King grill their burgers so a lot of the fat runs out. That's why they taste stronger and are less likely to kill you.
So, your best bet is to eat Burger King burgers and Chinese chips.
You might like to know that about 8 years ago the makers of Doc Marten's industrial boots did a trial around various industries. The soles of the ones used in McDonalds turned to mush from the grease on the floor within weeks.

Mcdonalds chips are absolutely amazing. and burger kings burgers are better. but i think burger king has to be better. cuz they have really good chicken fries. they are amazing. so i would definetely go with burger king

I prefer Burger King. However when I have my nieces and / or nephews with me they always choose McDonalds. The rotten little brats. LOL
I could go to Burger King myself but I am already a little overweight and don't want to hit fast food very often. When I have kids with me and we go to McDonalds I don't mind not eating and just getting stuff for them. If they chose BK though I would get a hamburger.

BK burgers definitely - chargrilled.
McDonalds burgers look and taste like they've been boiled.
