Yes once you have your Publisher ID you can use it on any number of sites.

Yes, I have adsense on both my blogs:
http://adsenseconsultant.blogspot.com
and
http://sister2brother.blogspot.com
and it is also on my website:
http://sister2brother.bravehost.com/adsense.html
so you can have it on as many sites as Adsense will allow.
Be careful though because my blog was recently "locked" by blogger and I had to fill out a form tosend them to prove that my blog wasn't a spam blog!

but for your comfort use channels, so you know where money coming from :)
