Um, a gay man is still a man. If he ejaculates in or near your vagina and you're ovulating, then yes, he could get you pregnant. You understand, i hope, that 2 gay guys can't get pregnant not because they're gay, but because they're MEN, right? You need a male and a female in order to make a baby: sperm and egg, and a place for the egg to grow (uterus). Two woman couldn't get each other pregnant, either, in case you're wondering....

No because we only have anal sex, if we had vaginal sex, then yes we might get pregnant. As well as be women, not men... Hope that helps. :)
