I'm looking for a gaming computer only for WoW. I am on a really low budget though (around $300). I would like to do raids. I have considered building one myself but i don't know how much that would cost and how to build it actually.

P.S. Please leave details

The previous poster's suggestions of using your existing case, hard drive, CD drive etc. is a great one. Since WoW runs quite well on low-end hardware (unlike many newer MMORPGs). I'll just suggest maybe considering an Athlon 3800+ since that's only 10 bucks more..

Given WoW's modest requirements, you might save $30 by dropping down from the 7600GT to a 7300GT if your budget is really, really tight.

But personally, I'd stick with the 7600GT for better in-game framerates.

Upgrade if you already have a computer.

If not ebay for a used computer.
Clevet: Becareful buying a used computer, get a money back waranty in writing from the seller.

I have written some How to's on my web site, easier to read them there.
