found only one time yellowish color inside my bra where the nipple is but it was only one side. What?

What does this mean? Does this mean I have Cancer or like my breast needs to be taken out or anything horrible like that? I am only 18.

It means pay attention and get yourself checked out. Could have been just a hormone surge...could be more serious, but anytime you have breast discharge, regardless of age, you need to have it checked out.
