it's common for women to have very vivid dreams while pregnant. Whether scary, exciting, or just downright weird.

VIVID DREAMING during pregnancy is common and normal. A dream is just a dream. Just try to relax more. Don't stress during the day and i'm sure you'll stop having those awful dreams. I noticed when I have a hard day or stressing that day then at night i'll have bad dreams.

There are fears and concerns associated with the coming of a new child especially a first child. These can come out in the subconscious. My suggestion is that if you have fears or concerns, talk about them. Prior to bed don't eat heavy food and wind down...with a half cup of decaf tea or something like that, soft music or whatever bings you peace.
This may not stop the dreams...but it should reduce them.

Oh, yes with my last pregnancy it was horrible. I was afraid to death to sleep. I been pregnant 7 times, and that was the first time that had happened. I am now 24 weeks pregnant and not one bad dream. SO FAR...... Good Luck, and it is normal. Sorry you have to go through that, I feel for you.

I am just 7 weeks pregnant and I am already experiencing WEIRD, weird dreams and nighmares. I am glad you asked that question because I thought it was just me. I think I am going to get Reiki, that helped me a lot when I was suffering from depression and I remember that my nightmares stopped then. I am sure it will work again. maybe you should try it with an experienced person. It cannot hurt you or the baby.

of direction it somewhat is customary. rigidity is kicking in the, (and four days) is slightly a giveaway. each and every of the duty all that care will my newborn be ok? loosing some freedom, existence changing for ever? It has guaranteed to effect you. sound asleep; it is not as elementary because it sounds however the excellent thank you to pass to sleep is to pay attention. once you're purely listening your innovations is 0.5 asleep your almost there! yet once you pay attention you shouldn't 'see' the noises as a nuisance in straightforward terms a noise not something attempt listening for a canine barking, in straightforward terms a noise not an irritant. then a cat then a motor vehicle etc. I wish you and your infant properly. i'm specific you would be nice. stable success. I don't know if you know this but whatever you are thinking about when you fall asleep is what you will dream about. Whether it be worrying or whatever. So it seems to me your worrys are starting to become your nightmares. Try reading a happy book right before falling asleep. Or watching a happy show on tv. Most of all try to clear your mind of any bad thoughts or worrys before you lie down in your bed at night. If you can do this it is for sure your night mares will disappear just as quickly as they arrived. Sweet dreams.

I did with all three of mine. With my second I particularly remember having really nasty ones and although I usually love horror films and they don't bother me, I watched saw when I was pregnant with number 2 and that really gave me nightmares. Other than staying away from horror films I don't really know what else can help, sorry.
