I'd give it all to the American Red Cross. Simple. Not one person. And it would be a big help to thousands of people. The amount would not even matter.

i would invest into wurthy new corses and businesses... such as paying for underprivelidged teens to go to college, sponser people to do the world rally (travel and work), invest in the things i wish i had the money to do when i was younger.. infact id probably try and do that anyways if i won the lottery what more is there to do once youv paid your mortgage and had a holiday??

I would definitely use it for education for people in poorer countries on the condition that when they were done with their education, they had to return to their home country for at least 10 years to try to use their education to improve their country.

well i'd spend a large bulk on ending bullying in schools, i know it goes on elsewhere, but it is an ambition of mine to end it in schools.
and i'd spend the rest to stop/help stop child abuse/neglect

I'd make everybody I know very very happy with what ever they needed. for that matter I'd make as many people happy as I could. but small scale happiness. the little things that make a big difference.
