I keep getting this pain in my groin on my right side what is it?

sharp pains? its liagment pain and pelvic pain from the baby pressing down its perfectly normal but really hurts sometimes.. it'll get better in a few weeks.

The baby could be descending into your lower pelvis (head first) to be ready for delivery, so you are feeling some pressure in your groin area. It could also be Braxton Hicks contractions where your body practises itself for real contractions later on. It should feel like period cramps. If you're worried, remember to tell your ob-gyn the next visit. Good luck and welcome to motherhood!

Ohhhh MAN that hurts....I have been like that for a couple of weeks the babys head is engaging, your ligaments and joints are separating to prepare you hurts bad......your almost done though!! good luck!!

your baby is probably really low and preparing itself to go down the birth canal so it may cause pain.
