Do you think Harry Potter will die in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows?

What two characters do you think will die and how.

I don't think he will. It is a children's series, and I think that might send a bad message to kids.

Harry will NOT die. That would be absolutely horrific and cruel to put him through so much in his life and die just as he is finally able to experience life without fear or worry. What a terrible message that would send to readers! If your life sucks and someone evil keeps trying to kill you, then you're gonna die! Haha! Nope, not gonna happen. As for who I think WILL die, I think of the good guys Hagrid, Snape, and Lupin, along with some Order members and possibly 1 Weasley parent. For the bad guys, Voldemort, Wormtail, Bellatrix, various other Death Eaters. I think McGonagall got the repreive and Lupin/Hagrid and Snape were the original survivors who are now going to die.

I believe that Harry will live and let Snape kill Voldemort. I think that Ginny Weasley and Hagrid may die. It's like in Chamber of Secrets Voldemort will kill someone or about Hypnotize and lure Harry and the gang to Voldemort and try to kill Voldemort but Snape will come in and kill the person who made Snape into a murderer/ horrible person/ death eater. I believe it's all payback.

i hope that harrry does not die! ithink all of us fans do and like u said at least two main characters will die. now as u read this try to comprehend that i have changed my theories many times. i think that lupin will either die or kill someone while in a werewolf state. if he is killed it would either be by the other werewolfs he spied onand who gave him his werewolf problem (forgot that one's name.) or wormtail because wormtail would b like an old friend turning his back and lupin fighting him would be odd for that reason. in book 3 when they discover that wormtail is ronald's ratit is mentioned that i believe sirius said that he'd kill the rat so to b in the life of crime 4 something that he actually did. at this point in the book wormtail speaks to harry and says that james would not want him killed. harrys answer is that they will take him to the castle and after that the dementors can have him. this scene may have no revelance between lupin and peter petigerew but i think that it shows that they were once buds and peter betrayed them.

many people think that hermione granger will die but i realy hope not. hermione is too smart and powerful to just die. she has been in the chamber of secrets, used time turners not only to get to classes but to try to save sirius and harry, helped harry with tasks in the tournament, fought alongside the other DA mambers against voldemort and his followers in book 5. she is just too great of a person to die at this point. and so is ronald weasly! he has been through just as much if not more than hermione. he has become a wonderful wizard and he and hermione both have been taunted aboutt thier family. they can not die! they should not! jk rowling has already taken sirius and dumbledore away from us! but it is possible that someone from the weaslies may die.

draco malfoy could easily die! all through his time at hogwarts he has shown weaknesses such as not killing dumbledore. he is now a deatheater and not a very good one at that. he is only a deatheater because of his father and the vow between snape and his mother. harry could kill him! yay!

as to harry's dieing i do not think that harry could be a horcrux. the only horcruxes we know of are the gaunt ring, the diary of tom riddle, the locket of salazar slytherin. i think that the things right under harry's nose may be horcruxes like godric gryffindore's sword. this sword coincidentallty destroyed the diary which would be a horcrux destroying abother horcrux. the piece from helga hufflepuff. and i also think that the trophy that riddle got is a horcrux because it says in the books that he liked to collect trophies several times and in book 1 ron threw up slugs and then later when he was cleaning the trophies he threw up slugs again like the trophy triggered the peculiar vomit! harry deserves at least a semi happy ending after all look at the poor boy! it'd b pathetic if he died now. he has dreams of becomeing an auror! he is on love! he has no parents... not even dumbledore.

if harry does die then i know he'll put up a fight. that is all i can say. the book comes out the day after tomorrow nd we'll find out then i suppose. jk rowling cried during the writing of the last chapter of deathly hollows. what i want to know is that if this could mean something. scar is one of the words in the last paragraph. could harry die in that chapter b the reasoon for her weeping? or could it be happy tears?

This story has evolved from a childrens novel to a world wide book of choice just to end the series she could kill off harry or voldemort or both it is her book and she is a billionaire I think she will keep harry alive just to satisfy fans either that or she will kill him off just to make us want to look back we will just have to wait and see.

another reason for voldemort's death is that he is simply the bad guy in the story.

i think lupin and maybe hagrid are getting the axe. Lupin i think will die in battle. hagrid we've seen he can't be taken out unless its like 4 spells at once so i don't know maybe voldemort will kill him. He's powerful enough to take him.
