I'm looking for certain product numbers, and the page has thousands of product numbers in a list. Is there a way to search for specific text within a page?

If you have the product numbers, you can attempt to look for them by pressing 'Ctrl + F' to do a search. This works for Internet Explorer, Netscape and Mozilla. I hope this helps.

The standard way to search for a string in Windows is to press Ctrl-F and then type in the string, and press Find Now. Across the board you will find this functionality.

Firefox lets you apply a setting that automatically begins search for the text you type in a webpage. It does indeed come in very handy at times for me also. But it is not in an obvious place, and you need to set it in the Tools/Options menu.

Anyway, like I said, you can find anything all the time by just pressing CTRL-F, in any web browser, and the Seach dialog box will come up. You should be able to specify certain options in that seach box to help in narrowing your search.

I hope you get it going!
