property and he made me sign three gift deeds of a portion of my property and built unofficial shops and leased out and ran away with the money and my children.He tried to sell the property with moneylenders whom he borrowed without my knowledge but came to know of it and put injuction and after months ,have got the injuction in my favour.I got court order for child custody too.My son is just 5 years old.He has been poisoned to call me aunty and is being emotionally abused.He is made to get scared of me and tortured being alone at home for 5 hours.I tried bringing him with plice...but to no avail.That's the courts in India.I dont want to add up to my child's burdens and have am concentrating on other affairs.He has gone for a appeal in the high court. So almost all my days in running to court to get my child back and to get rid of the person who lived with me ...who cheated me, who abused me, who physically abused me.I hope in India law is firm and thhey do justice to broken hearted w

I'm sorry he has turned out to be a no-good opportunist. You really need advice from someone in India, familiar with the system. I'm not in a position to advise - but I wish you the best of luck
