I'm 26 weeks pregnant and for the last couple of days my stomach is killing me. It feels full and like it's about to burst. No matter what position I'm in, nothing helps. There's also a lot of pressure from the inside and cramping. The baby still moves all the time so I'm not too worried, should I be? Is this normal?

i am also 26 weeks and i felt this way more with my first than with this one. it's normal to feel like "how could i POSSIBLY get any bigger?!", but you will. your stomach and muscles are stretching apart to allow the baby more room. (try this: lay on your back propped up and do a light "crunch"; see how your belly looks pointed? this means your muscles are seperating. also, smalller meals help. don't try to fill up like normal, eat often and less at a time. if you really feel like something's WRONG then by all means call your ob and ask what they think too! good luck...

You may just be really bloated or constipated. That can be very uncomfortable. Try taking a warm bath and eating high fiber foods. Good Luck.

its normal, but boy is it tiring. You are almost in the third trimester now, its time for the long haul until labor. Take it easy and enjoy these last few weeks

If you are feeling that terrible then you should be calling your doctor for his advice. He may want to see you.

it will get worse as the baby gets bigger I use to get on all 4's and shake the baby out of my ribs.
