People have delivered triplets naturally, but it can be difficult. Typically the babies are all wrapped around each other and can easily get tangled. There's a risk of injury to the babies during birth. There's also a greater possibility of the umbilical cord getting tangled around one of the babies and causing a loss of oxygen.
You should talk to your doctor soon, Chances are the doctor will want to do a C-section to limit the risk, but they're your babies. If you want to do a natural birth, the doctor will need to make special arrangements to deal with possible complications. Good luck.

Only your doctor can tell for sure.... It has been done. I gave birth to my twins naturally. Also, if you really want to give birth naturally, let the doc know so he won't automatically just schedule you for c-section. Good luck, and congrats on the triplets..... multiples are a lot of work, but great fun!!!

It really will depend on the position of the first baby closest to the cervix, if the babies are to be born prematurely, if the you or your babies have any health complications, as well as you and your caregiver's preferences. Most triplets are delivered by C section because the babies behind the first one may suffer from lack of oxygen during the first babies delivery.
Good luck!

My sister in law had a vaginal delivery of her triplets, it usually depends on the babies positions. Like I had to have a c-section with my twins because they were both laying sideways and the doctor couldn't turn them by pushing on my belly.

For the safety of the babies it is usually recommended to have a C-section. They don't tend to turn properly and to try may mean that one or 2 will need to come out in emergency C-section in the end.
It is easier to control the safety of mother and babies if it can all be planned ahead of time.

Nowadays most doctors will enforce a c-section. First of all, it's doubtful that all three will be in position. Secondly, the babies will be very small (approx 3 lbs) and it can be dangerous to give birth vaginally to babies that small. For the sake of the babies, you will probably give birth by c-section.

normally when you are having multiples they will perform a C section. It's not that rare to give birth naturally to multiples though. Just depends on how what position your babies is in.

Im guessing two out of the three babies will be in position to come out naturally and there will be one that wont budge and will make you have a c-section. Good luck

Do you have children already? I think not or you would want a c section! It's painful enough pushing one out never mind another 2 one after the other!!
