If you live in an area where Spanish Immigrants have a higher number, then probably yes because it helps (trust me, I live in Miami so I've HAD to learn Spanish)

But not mandatorily, I don't think so. It's just a convenience thing for me.

HECK NO!

English is the language of the US and anyone coming to the US MUST speak English as their only language!

I for one detest having to press 1 for English....

Any company pandering to the Spanish-speaking (or any other language) population should be ashamed of themselves. They will learn English if they are forced to....

Sorry to declare the reason we've become experienced jobs from different international locations is via the fact we've 11 distinctive artwork visas for agencies to acquire those persons at a lots decreased pay value. skill has no longer something ot do with it and neither does language. maximum faculties require young ones or a minimum of faculties to have a definite volume of distant places language. there is no reason we've not got it in grade college here like different international places that require pupil s to learn especially circumstances 2 distant places languages so as that they are in a position to service the wealthier tourist that come to their united states of america and that they place self belief in the earnings...we at the instant are not far at the back of that experience we've helped different international locations to take over our productiveness in production, clothing, etc. I dont think of every physique desires to be ignorant, i think of its a shame we don't get greater right down to genuine previous formed discovering and coaching experience it used to artwork and each and all the easy strategies we've right this moment, instruct to be no longer reducing the grade. we've overpassed the fee of coaching and concentration too lots on the electives instead. we are falling short by using fact good coaching and secondary coaching is in simple terms too high priced for many. some international places like human beings to no longer be knowledgeable, they might use them greater value-effective and that they are attempting to end this here. Its too undesirable our government is looking greater to assist massive business enterprise( that they get advantageous perks from) get richer, then help the way forward for this united states of america. i assume too many in simple terms dont care. we are greater fascinated approximately taking charge distant places of others business enterprise activity, then to maintain this united states of america and its human beings.

Well, if any of the SPP provisions keep going, it sure would make a lot of sense.

My wife is latina, and I speak more Spanish than she does, because he parents, who are also US born, opted not to teach their kids Spanish.

Go figure.
