I also have a glofish, tiger barb and plecostamus and they dont seem to bother each other

i'm afraid we need to know the size of tank you have. just remember that the pictus is a nocturnal feeder (those whiskers find his food) so nothing small enough to fit in its mouth (its bigger than you think)

Most community fish can go with him that aren't to small(no neon tetras) , I would add more pictus if you have a big enough tank they are happiest in a group and most fun to watch .I have 3 of them.Here is some information on pictus and what they are compatible with.

If the Pictus lives long enough he will eat his tank mates then you won't have a problem.
