Well, don't really get on my knees to often, but I do pray often. At least 3 times a day sometimes more

Several times a day. It's the first thing I do when I wake up in the morning and the last thing I do before I go to bed at night. We also have family prayer together every morning before everyone heads off to work, school, etc.
