me an my friend joel have been friends since like preschool and we went to this party last week and i got way to drunk and like when we went back to school
there was this big rumor that i slept with joel so i asked him about it and he said i started hanging all over him and stuff and that he was really drunk to and that we had sex he said sorry and he should of never done it i dont know if i should still be friends with him because if he was so drunk like he said he was why would he remember it?
what should i do?

1st thing you need to do is quit drinking so much. Some alcohol is fun, too much is not. Stay friend with Joel if you like. Its up to you. No one can tell you what to do. You might even consider going out with him and seeing if you have some chemistry. Obviously there was enough there for you to sleep with him.

Good example of why no one should ever get so drunk, regardless of age. It sounds like Joel was blabbing. If he were that wasted he would probably not remember. Either way, your reputation is now on the line. Watch how you behave and what you say. In time, the rumors will die down.

You are quite right to be offended. Joel has used what happened at the party to glorify his image in front of his friends. Is he really that hungry for popularity that he would jeopardize such a long-standing friendship? From how you have put it here, it really sounds like he is looking to you to become his girlfriend.
If he really is sorry for his actions, ask him if he will kill those rumors about you and him having sex. He will have to swallow his ego for that, but if he really cares for you, he will do it.
I hope you can iron out your differences with Joel:)

how comes he is the only one that remember what happened if both of you was drunk. you should go to your local GP and ask them if they could do a sexual intercourse test like they do when people get rape.
and if you did have sex with him then he Had no right spreading your bossiness around to the hold world, meaning you should embraces him in front of everyone about it tell him about himself and how he is bad at having sex and thing.
well if you didn't have sex with him still tell him about himself and show him that you are a real person inside not some hoer that everyone might think you are just because he said that the two of you Had sex.
think about it try to ember what happen that night because he might of came on to you and because you was drunk you just let it happen you need to remember what happen for your own dear good you might not even use condoms.

Talk to him more about it and see if it was something he wanted to do because he liked you and decide from there.
The most important thing is seeing if you can trust him even if it was a mistake and he didn't mean for it to happen it should never have become a rumor and you shouldn't have heard about it through a rumor it should have come from him.

really,there isnt much that you can do,but you can explain it to him in a nice way that,that incident you both had was an eyeopener and that the both of you need some breathing room to think about what happened and to clear out your heads,you should tell this young man that you can still see him like at school and stuff,but no more being bf +gf until the both of you are sure of what you want in life.

He may have taken advantage of you when you were drunk. You make a good point when you asked how he remembers it if he were so drunk. I'd be Leary about having him as a friend.
