I collect different varieties of hybrid daylilies and love them but my favorite perennial is the dark blue balloon flower. A great plant that has no enemies but may require being staked up.

There are thousands of perennials. Go to an on line nursery website and look around. Different perennials have different needs so you have to take that under consideration along with what zone you are in.
