The cure is "TO BE SAD " when you are sad ,take what you get a smile or a tear ,accept it allow it to be ,observe the body sensations ,the thoughts ,the reasons of sadness ,the justifications given by your mind ,the image you get in your mind's eye ,the conclusion you draw on the truth about the sadness and by experiencing the sadness ,it will automatically disappear just in the process of life .just be willing to experience sadness .---this is the only cure

I think The best cure can be both. But crying and shedding a few tears is healthy b/c you are letting out all your sadness, you will feel better much better after you let that out. A smile can fit in also.

A smile because not only do you cure your sad moment you also cure someone else's. People cant help but smile back when you smile at them so it ends up being a never ending smile.

Tear is known for best cure socially and psychologically where man has the opportunity to hug and comfort the woman in sad moment. A gesture which emphasizes security in relationship between man and woman.
