Your employer has restricted access to the computer for a reason. Trying to circumvent the access controls is a good way to end your employment. If you need an application installed, work with your system administrator to have the application installed. If your job requires you to frequently need administrative rights, see if your employer has a procedure in place to get an exception for your account.

Simple answer is no. The security settings are there for a reason - namely to prevent staff form wasting company time on the pc and also to prevent staff from inadvertantly downloading or installing any virus or other harmful files. If you simply want a media player or such like then speak to your system administrator as he wil be the only one able to do this.
