Well you need to contact farmers and then you centralize them. You can likely get a good location in the city for fairly cheap, you charge them rent per booth, you use what you get to pay rent on the building and other overhead expenses including your pay and things like advertising.

At least that's how one opened in my city recently.

tell the farmers that if they sell at your market and give u 20 % of their income they will get a free set of teeth after a year.

no thanks ,I don't need a farmer either. I went to a garage sale , and didn't see one garage for sale! Same with the flea market,who would want to buy fleas? Lawn sales ? I don't think so..I don't have the room to put another lawn. and don't even get me started on estate sales! grrrrrr
