There are many different factors...genes, health, environment...if you take good care of yourself...excersize, eat right, take vitamins, stay away from drugs, who knows! Maybe someday people will live to a 150!

There has been some research done into this. One interesting discovery was that by eating as little as half as many calories and doing less strenuous activity, while ensuring that one is still getting all the necessary nutrients and vitamins, can slow down a person's metabolism and increase their lifespan by as much as 50%. However, studies have also shown that human cells have a sort of 'half-life', and that even at the minimum metabolic level for a person to still be alive and conscious, eventually everything will break down at about 180. So getting past about 200 is very close to impossible if you want to retain your biological body, no matter how good medical technology gets.
On the other hand, if you're willing to start doing other, more insane things (given that the technology will become available), it might well be possible to extend your lifespan indefinitely. Within the next century or two, it will probably become possible to transfer our minds into computers, getting rid of our troublesome biological bodies forever and making ourselves pretty much immortal. Another, perhaps closer, possibility, is that cryogenic storage (freezing) could be used to keep a person alive for a very long time while leaving them in their biological body, with the downside that they would be unconscious; however, being cryogenically frozen in order to wait for the cybernetics technology to come along might be a viable way for someone even in the present day to increase their lifespan, provided they're willing to one, go for many years unconscious, and two, subsequently transfer themselves into a mechanical body.
Does that answer your question well enough?

The people that die at an early age don't take care of themselves they smoke, don't eat right or son't exersise.
Also as us humans grow smarter and older over the centuries we live longer. Like a while bak people only lived for like 50 years and now they can live up to like i think about 120 years. And pretty soon we will be living much longer than 120 years well if we take care of our selves enough to actually not become extinct.
I think that one day in the future with floating cars the humans won't eat right and wont exercise we will become extinct or we will all kill ourselves in war!! LOL.

We don't know yet. Technology may someday allow humans to live indefinitely. Aging is a natural cellular process. Perhaps nanotechnology or genetic therapies or yet undiscovered technologies will allow a reversal of the aging process. The human lifespan has already been extended considerably over the past 1000 years. Who knows when we will reach a maximum age?

Are you referring to the number of years the average lifespan can be extended? I would estimate it at about 20-30 years, depending on the means/causes. You know many of them already.
1. good diet
2. adequate exercise
3. adequate mental stimulation/
positive stress
4. minimal exposure to pollutants/ harmful drug exposures
5. subjective happiness
Since our genes have something of a timetable that limits our lifespan, it may be possible to use some form of gene therapy in the future to increase life expectancy. Oh, of course, some people have a predesposition to a long life, genetically (affecting both their biological makeup and behavior).

It completely depends on these factors:
>>>hereditary history (some just aren't designed to live long)
>>>diet (those who eat healthy are bound to live longer than those who don't)
>>>activity (those who live an active lifestyle tend to live longer than those who have a lazy work ethic)
>>>serenity (those who lead an organized and relaxed or positively stressed life live longer than those who live a chaotic and negatively stressed life)
>>>outlook (God did not design us to be sad, angry, or frustrated more than times absolutely necessary. Optimists live longer than pessimists)
>>>habits (those with healthy living habits live longer than those with unhealthy living habits)
>>>environment (sometimes, it's out of your control but the environment you live in affects how long you will live)
>>>worry (those who constantly worry about dying early probably will: your life outlook affects your life [simple as that]).
I think I covered just about everything. And by the way, the oldest person to die on record, I think, is between 130 and 150.

theoretically we could live up to 300 years because our body is designed this way
you could try to:
- lower your body temperature at about 1-2 degrees C - this will extend your love longevity
- breathe less often - the same effect
- set of mind (not to confuse with peace of mind - however this one is also a great help in prolonging life)
BUT(s) - there are many:
- the oxygen we need to live is also our enemy - it causes our body to get older
- lack of exercise
- food - not everything people eat and like is healthy
and pardon me my laziness but there are many many more
I'm just lazy to write all, which I'm aware of, down.
