perhaps she purely does not would desire to take an hour and a 0.5 nap anymore. My son purely those days did that besides (he's 15 months old inspite of the indisputable fact that)..he used to sleep from 8 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. then nap at 10 a.m. (approximately an hour) then nap returned at around 3 p.m. yet those days he stopped sleeping all collectively in the afternoon. i've got not observed a huge distinction in his innovations-set or something. Does she awaken for the duration of the night? if so, perhaps she remains wide awake for awhile so she isn't as drained as customary. Is she teething? soemtimes little ones can not sleep in the event that they are teething. attempt enjoying suited before nap time, or have "quiet time" suited before (whoch ever she responds better to) and attempt stickign to that daily to regulate...wish that helps!
