My grandmother mixed Ammonia with Bleach one day and it literally created a miniature explosion.

Obviously this occured due to acid-base neutralization, but would it also occur if Orange juice was substituted for the Ammonia?

Orange juice is acidic and so cannot be substitute for ammonia, a base. Try the experiment but don't try to drink the juice!
