There's nobody in this world who can understand a humans mind in its entirety. And also when you start judging people then you do not have time to care for them.
but since you are asking about starting a new relationship
( friendship) and not about judging an existing one, I would say just look carefully the kind of approach and let some time elapse
only then you will know whether that person can be your friend or not..I hope I was helpful to some extent..good luck..

I don't like to judge people. I think it is wrong you never know what kind of friend you may have lost or given up cause you made a judgement. How about Einstein he was weird and strange but very bright, would he be your friend?

Well i judge them on the way they talk whenever i find in the first conversation that the person criticises and dosent have a good soul i stay away from such people.

my friends are mostly those people, who really are harmless and not at all interested in harassing others. But once they become my friends and they know me better in the course of time, I am the only person they can think of harassing. It's easy for me to know who is shy and at the same time have a little common sense( just like me)

Personalities click, but also, do we have same values. Don't like liars or two faced people for friends. I'm also very accepting so until you prove me wrong, I'll believe you are a good person.
