Carbon dioxide and many more gases including Allethrin or similar mosquito repellent chemicals which vaporise / burn.

There will be CO2 Carbon dioxide and maybe CO Carbon monoxide if there isnt sufficient oxygen in the environment.
However I think you are wanting to know what released causes the mosquitos to fly away or be killed.
They usually contain impregnated chemicals which are released as it is burnt.
