simply go to the DMV in your town and tell them the situation they can help you, they may want you to get proof of your job abd the hours you need to drive, you may not get to drive just anywhere on a hardship license, mainly back and forth to work and it you i fget caught you can lose your origional license for even longer.

I would ask the judge for a restricted license to allow you to drive to and from your job. Typically they will set time limits on your driving

It depends on the state that you live in. Start by checking with your state's DMV. They'll be able to tell you what the process is for your state and your particular situation.

I can't provide more detailed info because I don't know what state you live in.
