You need lots of good training, you need to really commit to working hard, and you need to see if your parents will make the same commitment because you need to move. Unfortunately if you're ever going to have a career, you're going to have to leave Ohio because nothing really happens there for actors. The only people who will notice you in Ohio are people out to scam young people with stars in their eyes. People who call themselves talent scouts who hang out at your local malls and tell every young girl (or mother) walking by that they (or their child) has a great look and could really make it in Hollywood... when all they're really doing is setting them up to take their money.
Being famous is not what this is about and if you think that way then quit now. It's about the love for the art of acting. There's a lot of technique involved in acting and you need to go to class to learn what's going to work best for you. If you don't know the names Meisner, Stanislavsky, Hagen, Mamet, Strasberg, and why they're important... then do some research.
Start with acting classes, add dance (you didn't say what kind of dance you take - you need to be classically trained starting with ballet, then add other disciplines like jazz, tap & lyrical. How much dance you do depends on how much into musical theatre you get), you also need to keep your schooling up to par through all this...
Get into some theatre productions and see if you can handle the rehearsal commitments, keep up with acting and dance classes and still keep your grades up then try taking a stab at doing some student films, indies, or whatever you can get into in OH. You can try searching on backstage.com or actorsaccess.com or looking on your state or local film alliance/society/commission websites. I'll put a couple links below for what I find. Sometimes they will post info if a production filming locally is looking for extras and sometimes they even have casting info, but that's rare.
Just know that a career in acting is not a whim, it is a lot of work and many here will take offense if all you want is fame.

Being famous is not good reason to act.
If you want to act, you do it because you love and enjoy the craft of acting, not because you desire to be on Disney or some other show.
