If you just stopped taking the birth control pill, it may take a few months to get back into a rhythm. If not, there are lots of reasons you may be irregular - stress, weight loss or gain, hormonal imbalance, etc. If after six months, you are still irregular, you may want to speak to your doctor or OB-GYN to see if there is a medical cause. Otherwise, other than making it hard to know your exact ovulation time, you should still be able to get pregnant - just keep trying regularly and often!

Good luck!

Hi, I would see your doctor and make sure you are okay. But it may be that you were taking pill control and now that you want a baby you have stop the pills. This would be the reason of having irregular periods, but you really need to see a doctor. Be safe with your body and health. A Friend.

Use ovulation predictor tests. They give you about 24 hours notice of ovulation. You should have sex every 2-3 days, and then 3 days in a row when you get a positive. If it takes you a few months of trying, you will learn how long your luteal phase is, the length between ovulation and your period. It stay fairly consitient in each person, somewhere between 10-16 days, mine is 13 days. This way you'll know when your period is due and you'll know when you should take a test. I buy my tests here for really cheap. Good luck.

I would suggest you go and see an OB/GYN right away. I am in the same position and did the test and didn't look good.I might have an early menapause. I don't know your age but you really need to go and see a doctor and have the 3day lab test done.
Good luck

You need to see a doctor about your irregular cycles. You may have PCOS

Also try charting to see if you ovulate at all.
