To blondes, yes. However, I think the stereotype came about because of fake blondes. Apparently only 1.8% of the World's population are naturally blonde.

If you think of yourself as a dumb blonde I guess it would be offensive. I know tons of blondes that this stereotype doesn't apply to, so I don't think that they would take offense. (I have been blonde and I didn't take offense)

Yes they are, as well as jokes having to do with Ethnic Groups. It's just another way to belittle someone and I say no to these offensive things which people take so much joy in.

They are Jokes
Some of the best jokes i have heard pick fun at stereotypes. If we keep angry about stupid things when will we have time to fix the problems.
Sometimes its just a joke.

I am not blonde but yes.
I think that they shouldn't be insulted as a group anymore than my people or GLT people or say people from the moon.

Yeah. I mostly find them sexist, since they're usually aimed at women. But why generalize about anyone simply because of a genetic factor?

No. They are only offensive if people take themselves too seriously.

I agree with Hormoth, they are just jokes. People make racial jokes everyday and you're complaining about hair color?
