I had a doctor's appt last week when I was 10 weeks pregnant because I was having some brown spotting. All they did at the appt. was listen for the heartbeat, which they found and said it sounded strong. I still had some brown spotting for a couple of days after my appt. Now I'm 11 weeks pregnant and the spotting has stopped, but my nausea seems to be going away, could I have had a missed miscarriage even though we just heard the hearbeat a week ago? By the way, the doctor told me not to worry about the spotting, but I still do, even though its gone now.

Also I bought one of those bebe sounds that you're suppose to hear the hearbeat through a couple of days ago, but I didn't never hear it

If you are 11 weeks pregnant that is probably the reason that your nausea is going away. Most women notice it decreases at the end of the 1st trimester, which is right where you are.

So I would not worry at all if I were you, especially if the doc heard a strong heartbeat just a week ago.

But you could always call and request them to do the dopplar (maybe just see the nurse?) to put your mind at ease.

Prayers and best wishes!

I had the same brown spotting about the same time but there was no concerns. Spotting happens. As for the bebe sounds thing. I had one and tried it through out my pregnancy and couldn't really hear heart beat till I was like 7 mos along. I guess I may have been putting it in the wrong place but with the noise of everything else around and inside of me it was hard to hear his. It's amazing what sounds your stomach makes that you can't hear without it. lol. Don't be worried about it. The dr would know if anything was wrong. Enjoy being pregnant! It's the bestthing in the world! For me it was anyways! Take care!

the doctor says dont worry about the spotting so dont worry about the spotting

go to the doctor for a check up just to make sure although its probably nothing because it cant be good for the baby worrying so much

and you probably used the bebe thing wrong

good luck x

In my opinion, if you feel like something is wrong then it is best to contact your doctor and demand another heartbeat monitoring or even a scan.
Chances are that everything is fine if the dr. says it is but, dr.'s can be wrong as well. Go with your gut instinct.
I am wishing you good luck with the pregnancy.

spotting is normal during pregnancy. if your having a miscarriage, you will have a lot of bright red blood and very painful cramps. trust me, i know from experience. i miscarried at 12 weeks and it was the most painful thing ive ever gone through (mentally and physically).
