I love you. I love when people stick up for themselves. I have always been very opinionated at my jobs and it has had the opposite effect, they have respected me and I have been in Senior Management. However, because you work for Target, they tend to be a little micromanagementy. So you have to make a decision. How much do you love your job? If you hate it and think that you can find another one, then stick to your guns. Say that you may have overeacted, and then bring solid, valid points to the table as to why he is an a s s. Try to reason with them so they may think that however they acted, may have been wrong. The other option if you want to keep your job, is kiss their a s s. I don't like this option but people in power positions like to be stroked sometimes, and as long as they know they've got you wrapped around their fingers then they win. So say you are sorry and you had a personal problem at home, and you didn't mean to take it out on them and it will never happen again.
