I think some will. I think some will strap "fireworks" to their children and have them "celebrate" in the crowded markets and maybe even on the streets of America.

If Iraq is left with a stable government interested in what is best for it's people when America leaves everyone will celebrate.
If America leaves Iraq to the blood thirsty insurgents that are currently threatening not only the lives of the troops in Iraq but the people of Iraq- there won't be much to celebrate.
The Islamic militants currently active in Iraq have perpetrated their acts of violence all over the globe most recently Glasgow-
So maybe people should remember what exactly we are fighting over there- barbarians with no regard for human life who worships a God that baptizes them in blood.

The world will celebrate if we leave a stable, peaceful Iraq. The world will scorn us if we leave it in chaos, but the terrorists, bathists, jihadists will celebrate as they continue to destroy the country. So exactly what will you be celebrating?
