Yes--90% of the time. I'm a morning person. Not that I'm all bubbly and talkative for the first hour or so but I like to get up and get the blood flowing. Plus I live in FL and it's best to get as much done early before the heat gets too unbearable.

Only when I can get up when I choose and not because I have to. I don't usually sleep late on weekends, maybe 1/2 an hour after my usual weekday time, but it's so much more relaxed and enjoyable.

Yes, I am a morning person. It makes it easier to get out of bed, and be in a good mood first thing in the morning.
