I'm due to close on a house on the 31st and I'm not comfortable with this deal. I need the advice of a good lawyer who will have my best interest.

If there's something wrong with the contract, you can always ask for verification or simply back out of the contract.

There's this new-fangled book called "The Yellow Pages" that your phone company sends out each year. I hear tell that they have LOTS of lawyer ads in there!

you can get a lawyer to review your deal, but unless it is some how illegal not sure what a lawyer can do at this point
