http://www.findlaw.com will help you find real estate attorneys in the Frederick, MD area. Be prepared to pay a few hundred dollars to retain one or to simply have them review the contract.
If there's something wrong with the contract, you can always ask for verification or simply back out of the contract.

There's this new-fangled book called "The Yellow Pages" that your phone company sends out each year. I hear tell that they have LOTS of lawyer ads in there!

you can get a lawyer to review your deal, but unless it is some how illegal not sure what a lawyer can do at this point
