You're in the middle of talking or something, and you look like a complete idiot?
Somewhere in existence there is a picture of me in the middle of telling a story at a party. It's not the most attractive thing on earth.

I ALWAYS feel like a complete idiot when I get my picture taken, I just have never really liked pictures of myself. Now, there was one night back in high school (about ten years ago) where I was drunk and someone took a picture of me on the floor with an unopened beer in my hand and my other hand reaching out for someone else to help me up and while I was embarrassed, I do look back at that particular one and laugh :)

That happens to me all of the time!! My grandma is OBSESSED with taking pictures of people when they are coming out of her bathroom or when they are eating & talking at the same time..... let me tell you, those pictures are SO far from being attractive even if you were the most beautiful person on earth, I sware she could snap hideous pics of you.
I'm not trying to be mean about my grandma either - I love her millions, but she just takes some horrid pictures!!
But I do have to admit, I've taken some like that too :)

I can hardly find that to be possible but I will believe you. Yes, I do hate it because it usually comes when I am in the midddle of eating something and my mouth is hanging wide open like a bear gnawing on salmon

That's not as bad as getting your picture taken when your passed out at a party! Talk about embarrassing

I'm 50 and it's true at this age I don't care as much as I used to about horrible pictures and such....but I've always thought that with time people maybe threw them in the garbage...like I have....I hope...in some small area of my mind. ( I always figured with alot of years and with the abundance of pictures all people accumulate by this time, that people would find one of those and say, "Who the he-- is this and what the h--- are they doing?" And then throw it out......with all those school pictures you accumulated 40 years ago and forgot who they were, or don't care, or care more about getting rid of all the clutter you have.).....Well......it could happen....

Yes.
First off: I hate it when people take my picture. period.
Second: I especially hate it when they don't tell me before they take the picture.
Thirdly: I REALLY hate it when they take the picture without my consent, and then post it online. On something like Myspace or Facebook. THAT PISSES ME OFF!

actually. i love candid shots....even if i do end up looking like an idiot. thats cuz, when i DO know that someone is taking a picture of me...i have no idea what to do, stuff like, where to put my hands, sit or stand... idk..its just awkward.
