As long as you are up to date with your UK vaccinations, you will be OK for Greece.
You'll need your passport for Greece and EHIC card https://www.ehic.org.uk/Internet/home.do emergency medical treatment.

Of course not! Greece is a EU country with very good health standards. Much better than the UK, actually, no offense, but UK has a lot of immigration which has brought many diseases lately, which Greece hasn't.
You will need mosquito repellent and sun protection though, which you can find in every pharmacy in Greece, though. Enjoy yourself and don't worry!

If you are British or another EU country citizen, you don´t anything special, just a valid passport or official id to get you through the trip and an eu driving license if you plan to rent a car.
