To control own mind.
Human mind is not only the most powerful, it is also the most naughty as well, always wandering away from the key purpose and task. It is almost roguish, if you can understand what I mean. It is our own mind that more often lets us down. Moreover, it is the root of all unhappiness as well. These are the reasons why the real strength and power of a person depends on how well controlled his/her mind is.
