Well as far as the IMF's concerned, as of June 30 Venezuela still has accounts with the fund:

And as far as the World Bank's concerned, as of June 29 they still consider Venezuela a member:

Venezuel even if it is with IMF and World Bank can decide on its own especially with a renegade leader in President Chavez.
