Well, honestly i think that if you feel like you´re about to burst out in tears, no matter what time that might be, no matter how inappropriate it may seem at the time, its how you feel and you should never bottle your feelings....just let it out and be you, it doesnt matter what anyone else thinks, you shouldnt be ashamed to feel the way you feel. Because as someone really smart once said to me....you shouldnt let anyone make you think that what you feel is wrong.

WHen I hear the song Cancer by My Chemical Romance. My mother and father are dieing from cancer and that song hits home alot. I don't cry infront of my kids even though my daughter says to let it all out cause it is good for you.

When you need to be strong for your children.
My mother committed suicide in Dec (one week before Xmas). As much as I wanted to fall apart; I didn't because i wanted my children to know that even though this was devastating we will survive and life must go on. My husband was there for me..... but I needed to be there for my girls.
