You will probably want to buy some "grow" lights from your local store. Available most places that sell lightbulbs/lighting for your home. Below are some plants that might work for you:

Spider Plant Said to be the best plant for cleaning the air indoors, a spider plant (Chlorophytum) is the easiest foliage plant to grow in a basket. Its foliage is made up of long, narrow strap-like leaves all emerging from the base of the plant. As it matures, it sends out long, arching stems bearing young plantlets that root easily. They are healthiest when grown in good light, but tolerate almost anything except the direct afternoon sun in the summer or the darkest corner in the basement.

Spathiphyllum a.k.a. Peace Lily A bushy foliage plant that is grown for its occasional white bloom and the foliage. It likes high humidity, moderate temperatures and filtered- to low- light. Keep the soil evenly moist.

Aglaonema a.k.a. Chinese Evergreen A great plant for indoors, it is bushy with spear-shaped, pointed leaves and an upright habit. One of the best varieties of this plant is called Silver Queen. It has handsome, variegated foliage tolerant of low light and a wide range of temperatures.

Cast Iron Plant This plant earned its nickname because, other than throwing it out in the cold, it is almost impossible to kill. Cast iron plants (Aspidistra) will do well even in dim corners. It has tall, tough green leaves that emerge from the base of the plant. As tough as they are, they don't do well if over-watered.

They would not stay nice for very long on the live plants without light.
Buy a dehumidifier and put some lights down there to help dry it up and find out what the cause is otherwise you'll wind up with mold and it KILLS. People!
In the meantime for beautification put plastic greenery/flowers in.

Aloes grow with low light conditions and I even have some lucky bamboo that grows well. Take a regular lamp and put a grow light bulb in it and use it 3-4 times a week for a few hours and just about anything will grow. Good luck try different things and see.

First of all plants need light to survive, plants will not work here to solve your problem . Try a dehumidifier.
