Where can i get the music tracks used in body attack classes ?

i have logged on to the body attack site which tells you the songs but where can i get the cd's actually used - you have to be a qualified teacher to get the music ! - i'm dowloading the tracks indiviually

try a torrent site. you might find the whole album.

other than that just search for the individual tracks on limewire.

if you just want the music to practice at home you could approach your teacher. they might be able to get you a cd.

You should try a website called, isohunt.com, thepiratebay.org.

but you will also have to download a program called bit torrent or bit lord, or equivalent, or just search google for the songs
