do you have experience in running your own business. You should speak with an accountant. Its not hard to set up if you know you have a base of clients who need staff.

Accountants can give you great advice on setting up a business,.

Youcould goto a franchise recruitment agency - just put thatin google. Otherwise you need to do some research. i.e. what likeminded agnecies charge. Do u want to do perm or temp staff or both. Remember providing temp staff you need to have a cash flow to start paying them whilst waiting for money to come in from companies. You need to set out your terms of business . I started from my back bedroom and then progressed to office - after 2 yrs sold it on as my partner didnt wish to continue and I had another job at same time. It is hard work but can be very profitable.

I am in the process of setting one up at the min - are you an experienced consultant, have you looked at the local market? If so, go on to rec.co.uk and there is a good section about starting your own employmeny agency. Best of Luck with it.
