I am a woman who is always on the go and doesnt have much free time.
Currently a size 10 i am looking to lose the weight off my bum and thighs.

I used to be a fitness freak with a toned body and a 6 pack but recently i have been so busy and have not had time to work out. so if anyone knows any way to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks or less please let me know.

Please any advice is welcome !

If my weight creeps up I do a week or two on Atkins, yes I know its not the best, and gives you headaches sometimes and you get sick of eating the food, but.... Whenever I do it I loose between a pound and a pound and a half every day. If your a size 10 you probably dont need to drop 10lbs but give it a go for a week, then see how you feel and how you look in your clothes. Its worth doing.x

I'm confused. At a size 10 I can't see where 20 lbs needs to come off. That is almost a stone and a half.

20lbs is a impossible target for anyone in 2 weeks, let alone someone that is a size 10.

Be happy and healthy as you are.

The first 10 will come off in a week or so but the second 10 will take longer but you could do it in a month or 5 weeks. Same old tried and true routine. Eat less snacks and exercise more. Go for it.

You shouldn't dramastically change your diet, as it could seriously affect your health. Loosing 20 pounds in 2 weeks is far too much, considering there's 14lb to a stone. Celery is a good snack to eat if you're feeling peckish as it's got absolutley no calories in it. After all it does taste like you're eating water.
Worst thing you can do is starve yourself, when you begin to do that your body automatically starts to save more and more fat each time you eat. If you don'teat at regular times a day, your body will then not recognise at which time you'll begin to eat again so whenever you do it stores twice as much fast as it normally would do as a survival technique.

Cleaning is a good way to excercise, if you enjoy doing it that is.

As far as losing 20 lbs of fat in two weeks? No way...

It is not only very unhealthy, but dangerous and unrealistic to boot.

However, by increasing your water intake and cutting salt and high sodium products from your diet, you could very well loose a significant amount of excess fluid weight in a very short time, but unless you remain on a low sodium diet indefinetly, it will just sneak right back up on you.

Try cutting back on the undesireables (sweets, fried foods, ect), and adding a light excersise plan when you have a few minutes to spare!

Is this a wind up?.....
Loosing that much weight that quickly is not safe especially if you are already a size 10.

If you used to be into fitness you would realise that and work out at a steady rate focusing on your areas you want to tone.

i dont think its poss 2 loss that much in 2 weeks an if it is it certainly isn't healthy the average weight loss when on diet/exercise program is 2 to 3 pounds a week btw size 10 is not overweight!!!!

The only way to do that in such a short space of time would be lipo!!!

Work out and eat sensibly for the next two weeks, then buy yourself a nice outfit that flatters your shape.

eat nothing except eggs, fruit and water.

snack on 5-6 almonds when you need to...


walk or jog 30 minutes twice a day, do push-ups until you are fatigued and then do isometrics....tighten up your muscle groups by flexing each muscle holding for 60 seconds . Make two rounds...tighten the butt, tighten the thighs, tighten shoulders, flex biceps, etc...

Don't cheat.
Don't buy junk groceries....(hardboil the eggs)
