No , and that's not a logical way of looking at things either . If a president had had 6 great years , then that wouldn't have any bearing on whether or not we could be attacked or whether we should attack anybody (Iran for example) .
Knowing how to separate the issues on their own individual merits is the mark of intelligence and wisdom .

Well if that ain't the biggest flip flop!
Now how can we have an attack when all the terrorists are in Iraq?? Until we bring back our troops and the terrorists follow them home, we can't have an attack!
