YES , but I'd take a really long break and say that it was because I had to hold it in.
Isn't it your right that you need to go when you need to go. toilets and such facalities have to be provided by law.
your not like workhouse/sweatshop worker are you only 2 toilet breaks per 4hrs shift

Yeah, definitely.I go to the toilet like only once the whole day of school.Unless he lowers the temperature,he's not that unreasonable. But it sure is strange to limit toilet breaks.

I don't think he has to give you that many official breaks. I think it's like 15 minutes for 4-6 hrs work. However, you should be allowed to use the bathroom - for like 5 mins, whenever necessary.

I would have thought this would be an ideal issue to take to the European court of human rights. Since having my two children I'm lucky to last two hours until I need to go. And why should you cut your drinks just to make sure you don't need to use the loo.

where I work we dont have our toilets we have to go upstairs to the bosses flat and use theirs.
it currenlty has a problem with the flush and is very embarrasing when it doesnt work.
I now wait till my lunch ( i start at 8am) which is at 12.30 and use the public toilet down the road!!!!! then wait till 5.30 and use it again before I go home!!
so it could be worse!!!

That's abuse you are officially allowed 7mins every hour and he (By Law) cannot regulate that. If he does you can sue him for discrimination. Even prisoners when in lock up get 9mins by law they cannot alter this.

I think i could cope with that if i had to but ive never heard anything like it before. If you need the loo you need the loo, there shouldn't be any limits on it.

No problem keeping it in.
I only go 3 times per day, morning, midday and night.
Maybe I don't drink enough??
